The Journey To 1TS

So, my very first post – here we go.

Dear diary, well I’m still impressed by the lecture Brother Ethan gave about the journey to One True Self and a singular consciousness within the Brethren, particularly the exercise where he got us all to pretend we were one of our brothers or sisters. So impressed actually that today I tried to implement the same exercise at the office to offer a bit of light relief and I think it went rather well. Everyone really got into participating, with the exception of Brother Marcus, who I think is still working out his delusions of being picked on. Who would have thought though that the rest of the team would come dressed as him, complete with greasy hair, spotty face and hang dog expression? It was an absolutely hilarious coincidence, having a whole room full of Brother Marcus’ , asking silly questions and feeling sorry for themselves. But the absolute winner for me was Kevin, who even out-Marcussed Brother Marcus with his whole pretending to lodge a formal complaint about harassment thing - it was classic! But I did have to give second prize to the man himself after his quip about ‘trust me to lose in a Brother Marcus impersonation contest’. So even he got in the spirit in the end.
